Just wanting some feedback on taking winstrol up to show day......was discussing it with a friend whose against it, claiming it retains water and he stops it 10 days out, while I always keep it up to show day . What you think? Ur experience?

The more the better all the way through show day. You want to ideally use it 4-6 weeks out IMO. I think your friend may be confused with injectables. You’re not holding any water on winstrol.

If we are talking about oral form, I've taken it up to show day, or day before because I forgot to on the day of the show. I usually started it three weeks out.

I always took winstrol right up to show. Started 6 weeks out. Lean and dry as can be.

there are people out there dropping everything BESIDES higher dosage of winstrol the last days leading to a show.

winstrol pulls water from me and dries me out more than any other compound, in addition to providing a nice vascularity boost. Definitely don't hold more water though... like at all. Time to fire your friend, or have him keep his bs input to himself

Whatever winstrol your friend is using must be mislabeled dbol, i dont know any other way you could think it holds water lol

Winstrol is one of the best compounds for prep for achieving that super dry and grainy look. I honestly perfer it over tren tbh....I used to love tren too lol. But id rather use lower tren now and rely more on winstrol for that "look". You can take it day of the show, with no issues.

If your holding water on your Winstrol then your not really taking Winstrol lol . You should be dry and hard and take it all the way to show with no problems .

I did similar. 75mg weeks 5-1, 150 show week.

I slowly taper all orals the week after instead of cold turkey. Felt like a smoother transition
