I wanting to get more insight in regards to cheat meals during cutting some say they dont have them some say to have them. What are the benefits of having a cheat meal if any? And should you have them! Ive read article saying that 1-2 cheat meals a week can keep your strength up in the gym. Need help to decided weather having one would be wise!
