Myself and a fellow moderator at IM (and a very good friend) are going to do a 12 week transformation contest with daily journals detailing nutrition, supplementation, etc.. ChemOne decided to step up and sponsor the both of us and provide us with even more tools to make sure that the progress is as dramatic as possible over these 12 weeks.
Myself, I have not been in the gym for about 2 months due to being sick with bronchitis/pneumonia in May, dealing with the untimely passing of my 29 year old sister in late May, traveling with clients into June and then moving into our home the last couple weeks. When I don't train I don't eat but maybe once a day and I get fat as hell doing this. It is actually quite embarrassing and I can hardly stand the shape I am in. I moved into our new home and when the neighbor asked what I did for a living I said that I worked at Wendy's. I figured it was less embarrassing than saying I was a nutritionist. lol
Musclebelly has been dealing with issues, as well, and hasn't been in the gym for almost as long. I won't go into the details of his situation because that is for him to say. Suffice to say that both of us are in the same boat condition wise and it is going to be fun to turn everything around in the next 12 weeks and should be pretty entertaining for those that follow it.
Big props to ChemOne for stepping up and helping this challenge to be even better than it was going to be and, make no mistake, if their products sucked I wouldn't use them no matter how much they gave us. I insist that my clients use ChemOne so that I know they are using the most reliable products out there at the best prices. My name and reputation depends on these products being top of the line.
The challenge starts Monday the 16th and goes for 12 weeks. Pics will be taken every week and posted at the end of the contest to show the weekly progress. Check it out and show your support!
