I can relate to this thread. A couple of years ago, I lost 100#, got myself into reasonable stage shape and competed at 170#. It wasn't until I was under 10% body fat that the chest fat went away and even then it's not perfect (although you will look better than 99% of people walking around out there).
It sucks and it's a very hard area to address but the only way is to stay extremely lean.
if you want to get blood taken you could also look at your Estrogen and Prolactin levels. If they are out of whack, your job is unecessarily harder and there are things you can do about that.
Good luck. I have some nice puffy tities too right now but the dieting is making them go slowly but surely.
