Chest

Syntherol seems to be working on my lagging chest. See with shitty body parts they won't grow till you really push things to the limit. Food, drugs, syntherol, and that puny chest will begin to pop. At least that's what's working for me.

Plus you are only using baby amounts :D

I will be starting syntherol in my chest very soon and following Big A's protocol :)
 
don't use oil in your chest unless your looking for a pec tear. trust me....

assuming everything else your doing is correct...??? FOR YOU...

you either have the genetics for pec development.....or you don't.



I have a shit chest, but over developed tris and front delts.

you have it....or you don't...

Arnold always talked about "tricking" the muscle. Muscle confusion principle.

This is what I do. I decide to train legs one day and then when I get to the gym I train back instead. My leg muscles are so confused they have to grow.

Thanks for the warning. I will be careful. My chest was probably my weakest (poundage) body part over the years. But I have gotten fairly strong with it and have done 4 plates a side. I regularly do 3 plates a side on all inclines for 10 reps or so. I am actually having a break from really heavy pressing as I was overdoing it and I can tell if I carried on I would get injured. My right shoulder has been bothering me alittle too.

My chest is still weak but I have improved it recently and I mainly attribute that to ligher machine pressing and really focusing on every rep. Getting a full stretch and really squeezing through the entire rep. So when I start syntherol I am going to mainly stick to various hammer strength chest machines, cables and maybe some moderate weight db presses. With all the oil in there heavy pressing is asking for trouble. I sometimes get carried away in the gym and do stuff I shouldn't but I will remember your post when I feel like getting a PR on chest press after I just put 9ml syntherol in each pec :D

I know a few guys who have used syntherol in their chest and they were all fine so hoepfully I am the same. I know JJ has put huge amounts in there at a time and he was fine. After trying syntherol in my calves and arms I can see my chest responding great to it.
 
Go extra wide on flat bench and then compensate later in the week with tricep isolation work. U going full rom?
 
I have a very hard time building chest here's what I usually do

Warm up 1-2 sets on incline
Incline 5x8-12
Flat bench 4x 10-12
Incline fly 4 x 10-15
Dips 4 x fail
Cable crossover 4 x 8-10

Any suggestions? On tweeking?

too many sets and reps -
warm up with HIT cardio 8 minutes, the 10 minutes of stretching and light sets to warm chest shoulders tris up-

Incline 5 x 8-12 - don't burn out on reps if doing 5 sets treat the last set as the working set and do 8, 5, 5, 3 and then the last set to failure
Example if i incline 405 on my last set it's 225 x 8, 275 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 3, 405 x failure
DB bench 2 x 8 -10 - already warm use the 120's x 8
Incline fly 2 x 8-10 - already warm use the 90's x 8
Dips 2 x fail

I do Chest Shoulders and Triceps (push) all on same day.

yes I believe I go full rom I never short change and always hit chest
