chris bennett was guest poser at the last show i went to in july. he was i believe about 290lbs. his bft was low but they did not anounce it. he was pretty good . has he his pro card yet?

That may be true But they Look very Solid to me Vs some guys
who have that obvious Oil look. Or Lumpy Uneven Look.

Chris is originally from my area, in fact he used to live two towns from me. There are many stories about him and stuff he used to do. I do know a guy who used to know him and told me Chris told him he always used bis and tris for his shots. Not seo but all his shots of test, deca, etc. would go right into his arms every week. He has been doing that for quite a while as this was years ago when Chris still lived here.

His body just doesnt flow well. Hes very disproportionate. Also his arms look kind of stupid to me.

true marcus ruhl is huge no doubt but id take Richard Jones physique over his all day, im not saying in a bb comp im saying if i could look like marcus or richard id rather look like richard thats all , rather be ASTHETIC THEN BLOCKEY.

as for big A ive actually never seen his build so i have no idea what he looks like he never posted any pics or if he did they were before i came here, big kiwi well ive only seen 2 pics of him and he his shoulders were like melons and he did look lean while full , i think it was the pics of him stiing on the bench
