diet
7egg whites 1 serving of grits
mid lunch- 8oz chicken
lunch- 8oz chicken
pre workout - 8oz chicken bake potato
post workout - protein shake
dinner- 8oz chicken

I will throw some more protein shakes in there between meals
I lay off alot of carbs because i bloat up bad.

workout- 5 days a week
