Anyone had one than can share some tips? I don't care about the procedure, I am stressing over the prep.
I am told 1 week prior, no nuts, seeds, or high fiber foods.
1 day prior, all clear liquid diet, but I can have broth and jello as long as there is no food coloring.
I am not worried about losing muscle etc. since it is only 1 day. I do worry that the fasting will kill me. I get very sick to my stomach when I don't have food in my system.
Here are my ?'s.
1. Isopure makes a clear whey protein coconut drink...can I have that the day prior? If so, 2-3 servings of this will bring in plenty of protein.
2. They say I can have clear broth. Can I have beef bone broth? It has 10 grams of protein per 8oz and it is more filling than juice.
3. Does anyone have any tips on foods/drinks I can consume to prevent me from getting nauseous due to lack of food?
