well as some of you know form a earlyer post I was having trouble with dropping weight to quick at the 3 weeks out mark. well I stoped cardio for 3 days and brought my carbs up to 200g and protien to 400g. well It has slowed down but still dropping.
I was useing T-3 and have been tapering off witch leads me to where I am at now 12.5 been there for almost 2 weeks.
If I stop it today will I get a rebound effect before the show? I am 2 weeks out today
