Yep me, too. Start dieting down Jan. 9th. Can't wait. Since I met your husband I've gained another 15-20 lbs of muscle. Made it to 237lbs about 13%. Finally getting up to the big boys!!! But it's never big enough.

I am thinking, maybe West Coast Classic (formally JR. CA). If I don't think I have made the muscle gain I want, I will be doing the Border States with AWN. I will be in the old man's division.

Ms KH and I are thinking about heading up to Montana for the 2010 NPC Big Sky Championships in March.
It will be a great opportunity us to hang with Montana's fitnness couple, and a good warm up for the Emerald Cup in April.
