just to let you know im working for my contest in 25th april with Shelby.

I've made all the offseason with Phil with awesome results, great trainer

The reason behind the change to Shelby for the pre contest is because Phil theaches you, and close to contest I cant think and make a lot of stuff I should not do. So, with shelby I will have permanent contact.
