Competion/Bulking and Cutting I'm Lost Please Read

I just got done with my first BB show which I placed 6th in the middle wieght division. I naturally have a big frame but I over dieted for my first comp which was a learning step for me, I was not at 100% condition but I knew I had great potential. I thought that I was going as a light heavy but after I dropped my water I was a pound under, so i decided to go middle weight. I never really carbed up but I still look good for show time. after completing my first show I feel more confident that I will win the next show in July. Now here comes the question and I really need some feed back because I will keep everyone informed and posted threw out till comp day I swear.

Its been a month and 1 week since my comp and I've been on a steady diet just trying to put some size on my frame naturally.
My stats are:
5"9
190lb
13 to 14% not worried about fat, I gain and lose fat very easily
16 3/4 inch arms
17inch calves
43-44inch chest

I want by july comp to atleast but 1 to 2 inches on all body part if not more and cut all the way down again to middle weight.

I already got my bulking cycle to start the beginning of January

I'm starting January because I want to max out my natural test, gh, and strength before any AAS that way all my receptors will be craving for juice!

I never really did a full cycle, the first cycle I did I was 19 and it lasted 12weeks/ 6 weeks of Deca200-600mg, DBol 5-10 and 6 weeks of primo100ed and winnv50mg ed I went up to 230lb. didn't learn how to PCT and crapped 20% of my gains went from175- 230 and cut down to 190 but I think that was all the water retained from deca, but more the less I kept my gains. Then before the comp I did a light 5 week cycle to cut the fat and harden up my body which was crappy cycle with goood results. I did sustanon redi ject 250mg for 2 weeks and 3 weeks of winny V and halosten which turned my body inside out to a beast. dropped 8%bf in 4 weeks I was at 8% bf comp. I'm done with the history :eek:

Following cycle for Bulking is and please critique me I luv feed back.
Aanadrol 50-100mg 1-4wks
Test Suspension 100mg 1-4wks
Deca300-600mg 1-10
EQ200-400mg 1-10
Sustanon 250-750 6-12
PCT HCG 1000 IU EVERY WEEK
Nolvadex and armidex if needed

maybe some lr3 igf/ pgf2 and mgf to grow my arms and legs
I'm not sure about Insulin or HGH if I need please tell me so I want to put on some mass. I can prob afford about 200ius of hgh if need.

Last question before I go My comp is in july which by my calculation I should be done with my mass phase my the first of April I'm not sure if that will leave me enough time to really cut down for the comp or pct in between cycles. Or should I just go balls to the wall and just pct the whole time threw till comp day. If thats the case I will be on AAS for 6 months, this may be dangerous. I'm going pre-comp 12 cycle tren. winny, masteron, prop, clen, halosten.

Let me know what you think. Big A are you there? Some one Help I want to win.

That's exactly what I do. Keep everything the same but do the d-bol for 4 weeks then switch to tren for 4 weeks and so on. Make sure you have your regular blood tests and if they are OK (they should be), just keep going.

"precontest--test prop(1gm a week), tren(700mg a week), GH(10iu's e day), winny(700mg a week), EQ??"
I'd stop EQ 4 weeks out and replace with masteron, or primo. Definetelly add Halo at least the last week.

"also when it comes to the precontest stack u suggest dropping EQ when i thought Eq and winny were great for precontest? u suggest using primobolan....would i see better results in seperation and hardness adding that and taking out the EQ?"
A lot of people, myself included, hold water on EQ. No water on Primo Acetate (I don't like Depot). If you want hardness nothing compares to masteron or especially Halo! You should be on them before the comp, or at least Halo for at least the last week.

DO NOT START OUT WITH THESE AMOUNTS, as you are relatively new to this game (gear). Work your way up to those doses and evaluate your progress. You may not need that amount to get the results you need.

Thats all good but its a little to late for me to chage up my cycle I already purchase what I have. with that being said what are your suggestion now ? Also does it look like I have some realistic goals?

Ok so with the cycle that I mention is that to much? and I never got the rest of my question answered? What is your personal experience with bulking?
 
Never had much use for "bulking." This is usually the gain of a lot of fat that simply has to be lost later.

As Xcel has pointed out, your proposed doses are WAY too high. Start by cutting all that stuff to a least a third of what you've listed. Yuo didn't say what your experience level is, but given your stats, I'd say you're pretty new to AAS. At 190, and 14% bodyfat, you're looking at being 170 ripped, assuming you don't lose any muscle dieting, which you probably will.

Pick, say, two compounds to start, 350 mg per week or so total, and see what results you get with 8 weeks of this. Write down everything - training, gms protein/carb/fat, how you felt - then use this to decide how to do the next cycle.

There are some good recent threads in the Beginner Forum that should help answer a lot of your AAS questions.
 
hey bro, the cycle you posted has way too much gear in there, some of the stuff dosent make sense to me? its ok though your learning. I would pick either deca or eq and run it at about 4-600 mg. the test susp. at first and then sust after looks good but start the sust at 250mg from the start as to not have a lapse in levels when you switch. Run the adrol at 50mg ed. Dont take the hcg everty week it will stop working! either run like5,000 in the middle of the cycle and the rest at the end or just run it all at the end.listen to your body, if you dont need it dont take it. aka if your nuts dont shrink dont use it.the cycle you posted is a litle over 2500 mg that a lot bro! If you wanted you could run growth, for you right now i wouldnt I would save your cash for pre contest and take a few iu's a day there. you just have to remember you want to save some gas in the tank for the next cycle meaning dont take everything there is cause what will you do next time? it wont work as well for you the longer you take aas, ask anyone here. I put on 40 lbs with 500mg sust my firt cycle for 8 weeks! never seen anything close to that sense. last but not least EAT EAT and EAT some more bro, this is what will make you pack on the pounds. good luck

Well I started lifting weights at the age of 12 and got into bodybuilding at age 16, I'm 24 now so I got about 9/10 yrs experience. I would think I'm pretty experience since I'm a personal trainer but I really never had to juice to much to put size on my frame. My body responds very well to AAS its like there where meant to be.

Thanks for the advice I recently purchase EQ and Deca. EQ being the better AAS since Deca and EQ have almost the same principals but I read a thread the other day that said that combining both is very good for a bulking cycle because... nevermind I saw it on a thread that I will post later. I will shorten my bulking to 8-9 weeks or whenever I reach my goal. Its hard because I don't have alot time left, I've been getting stronger since my last cycle which was only 5weeks its that normal.. it just seem have time I do a cycle I short cycle I keep my gains and progressivly get stronger and stronger.

this statement above is ridiculous. unless you plan on using tons of oil to shoot into these muscles to achieve this growth it aint happening.

huh?? you think these products are magic? for any of this stuff to work it needs the proper environment and that starts with genetics. if it was as easy as you ordering some stuff in the mail and sticking yourself all over dont you think everyone would be huge.

dude im not trying to beat you up but it absolutely drives me crazy when guys talk about gear like its gonna "take them straight to the top" , past the competition and right to the winners box. HUH??? what??? absolutely unrealistic!!!!

YOur going for a national title and your not sure how to simply bulk? and You have one show under your belt?I think you need to sit back and learn for a while. and yes your goals are very unrealistic. Your biggest problem is what to do. You may have all the genetics you or anyone could need to be mr. npc champ but you need to learn how to get there. Don't worry bout competing just learn and grow in knowledge and muscle. It takes most people years to reach national level. For Most of us it will never happen, no matter how bad you or I want it.

Ok I guess I'm very ambitious.. I just thought I did well my first time and I can improve drastically. I always been a big fan of BB and for once all the principal and strict diet I learned payed off. I guess I'm determined to better my self that all. It doesn't hurt having goals, what happen to motivation:confused:

I think you would do well to have some one train you. Like phil or DC Having motivation is great having ambition is great but you'll never learn until you have some guidance. Admit it or not you have a long way to go to reach your goal. And one other thing Everyone makes great gains the first couple of cycles. It doesn't mean those gains will be that fast each cycle. I guarantee you won't gain much from each cycle with out proper guidance..find some help bro.

My body just likes to add pounds to my frame just by lifting a little heavier every time rep range 6-9. My goal is at least 15lbs to the frame while maintaining a clean diet.. Don’t really want to put to much more fat on me but that’s the sport.

After all the discussion yesterday, I went to B&N to purchase two books which looked really interesting to me.

I needed some new techniques to really develops my muscle and spur some new growth.

I tried a personal trainer and that guy was all about the money and I saw no results, I resume my old workout and BAM! RESULTS Instantly... Then I started working out with a national BB which he's philosophy was go heavy or go home... I give him his props but he's work out was ok but still no results, when back the next day did my workout sore as a mutha %^&(. It finally came to my conclusion maybe I need to try to develop a training system (for my self off course) to overcome my plateau. There are so many secrets to learn from the pros and past professionals so I went and invest money in the best possible thing I could... My self! Bought some books and now I'm learning.

I kept all the logs and journals I did when I would work to pass a plateau, I'm just going to reference them. :D

I'm sorry but from my past experience I really did not get anywhere from trainers... I learned the hard way.. If you wants somthing done right do it yourself.. You feel me... :ac:ion-sm
