I've been training off and on since I was a teenager, now 42yrs. I'm confussed about all I've learned over the yrs versus what I've been reading about HIT. I read Growth Principles for Beginners and it makes sense. One issue I have a hard time getting over is; I love working out and like to(need to) go to the gym daily. 1st question regarding those principles; What about cardio? What about 30min 1st thing in the am?
