Any amount of orals does this to me. Anadrol is the worst. Caused by the liver working over time and age for me.

I've been riding the stims for a while now, 14hr+ days 6 days a week with my biz and the gym, they keep me goin but I felt I was dragging a lot more than usual lately, not wanting to do anything and after reading this thread, I looked up adrenal fatigue and had the symptoms did the line test that was an accurate indicator, and it was definitely that for me. Added in a product to counter that and 2 days later I'm feeling more wired on my stims again, I know I'll have to back off them but had no idea what adrenal fatigue was so thanks for the posts guys!!

I added in stress care by himalaya, same guys who make liv52, it was cheap too, month supply was like 15 bucks you can find it anywhere just google it or find what the ingredients are and get a comparable.

I had the same problem last year. After testing , turned out to be low thyroid. On 3 grains natural thyroid now and feel great but it took a lot of trail and error to find the proper dose for me.

It happened to me before and this what i did. Increased my dose of bcaa to 20g and glutamine 30 grams a day. I add in Taurine, ZMA and Melatonin. So far it is working good for me.
