Struggling with feeling flat

Not really giving us too much info here.

1. are you dieting?
2. What are your cals? Rest of your nutrition plan?
3. Have u felt like this for awhile? Is this something that just happened?
4. What changes happened (gear, food, cardio) to make you feel like this?
5. Maybe its all in your head.
I think I’m actually just sick... woke up today feeling horrendous body aches. Congrats to me for overthinking it before lol.

Is it possibly low e2? I’m not on any AI

Eating plenty carbs and sodium. Staying hydrated.
i did 300mg primo 300 mast 300mg test was flat to my e2 was 10 then dropped the mast and boom filled right back up. its the mast that kills the estro making you flat. not about sodium and carbs mine is very high both but mast flat me out.

you dont need AI on primo and mast thrust me both them kills estrogen i was super low on e2 without ai on that cycle e2 levels 10 pg/ml
 
I’m a bit confused as to what you’re implying with this. Why would I take my temp?

I eat the same diet every day.
Your weight and body temp are two simple indicators of where you’re heading and what your metabolic rate is. It’s so simple and effective it’s the way you manage your clen dose. You’re not on clen my point is metabolism up temp up and Vice versa. 600 is the limit I’d run test even a lil with no estro management and while mast helps there your dose is up there enough it’s dbl mine rn and I’m struggling with pump a lil but I have a new baby and literally just got back on daily fasted cardio and a strict diet. Mine will pass and it’s stress diet related, more test would help but I’ll wait til I’m hitting the ceiling on 300 test/300 mast/50 win Ed mind you I’m not small either. Have you been on the same shit all along? You said you’re this way now so if nothing has changed then it should and I doubt it’s e2.
 
Looks like you are just sick. Some of the answer given were surprising. For any of us to be able to answer you with even a degree of accuracy we would have needed many more details. Yes your cycle could still be a factor. Plenty of carbs for some people are 800g and for others it's 200g. Plenty of sodium could mean many things as well. The same for water as well. I would recommend you get blood work so you have a base to go from as there still could be something off. Before the gym drink a large glass of water with plenty of pink salt inside as that is a simple fix for workout pumps.
