Feeling weird after carbs

Just recently if i eat higher amount of carbs i have some of the following symptoms:
Pins needles in feet
Blurred vision
Trouble with concentration
Sweating
Does anyone have an idea what is going on ?
Current cycle
500 test
300 primo
1 iu gh before bed.
Very lean all the time.
 
what was long term diet before problem? what carbs and amount now seem to give problem that did not before ?
 
What's your total Cal and macros? I know you stay lean year round so I assume pretty low.
 
Like others have said test your blood sugar. I had a similar problem after high carb meals was having issues with dizziness blurred vision as well. Blood sugar would sky rocket. Primary care suggested metformin. Haven’t taken it yet as I’m opting to manage my carbs instead.

Sounds like reactive hypoglycemia

I agree that it sounds like reactive hypoglycemia. I would make an appt with your GP, I wouldn’t mess around with something so serious. You could be driving after a meal and it hits you…

I wouldn’t wait this one out.
 
Sounds like reactive hypoglycemia. Happens to me. The only thing that I’ve noticed that fixes it is spacing out slower digesting carbs throughout the day. If I eat sweet potato/brown rice as my carb source I’m fine. If I do white rice or any candy, I’ll get symptoms 40 minutes later.

Adding fats to meals helps. Suggest avocado oil.
 
Try eating carbs at the end of your meals. This helps maintaining a steady release of glucose in the bloodstream with less peaks and valleys.
Still, check out BG as everybody already recommended.
 
Ok blood tested 1.5 hr after 100 grams of carbs give me 4.4 mmol/l which is 80 mg/dl. Should i be concerned? It was postworkout meal of 100 grams cornflakes whey and banana

This sounds like your diabetic or pre-diabetic.

Tren often causes me to have this regardless of the type of carbs consumed.

Todays fasted was 5.7 mmol which is 102 mg/dl
How long has it been since you have come off keto? And how long were you on it? You might consider a week of keto to make you more sensitive if this is new. If it's been since off keto add in a lot of GDA like berberine and or metformin

I used to get the same issue. Now I eat protein first and eat carbs at the end separately and it has got rid of the issue.
