havent ben around for awile so i thought i would show u all what i have ben up to. this was my first show im 21, 6'1 and weightd in at about 205 i won the novice class and placed 4th in the open heavyweight..allcoments r welcome (hope this works)

Thought I'd pipe up and say; good job. Contest prep is difficult. Keep packing on the size and practice getting lean.

GOOD WORK....

IN MY OPINION........THE PIC OUT IN THE GRASS SHOWS YOU OFF THE BEST. YOU LOOK PRETTY FULL IN THAT SHOT. WAS THAT BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW? ALSO........< YOU MAY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS INTENTIONALLY OR MAYBE NOT> IN YOUR FRONT LAT SPREAD IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE YOU ARE FLEXING YOUR TRAPS ALONG WITH TRYING TO SHOW YOUR LATS. THIS DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL FOR ME....IF MY TRAPS ARE UP....THE LATS DON'T SHOW MUCH. BUT.........WHEN I AM HITTING A GOOD WIDE FRONT LAT SHOW THE TRAPS SORTA DISAPEAR........MAYBE THAT'S NOT WHAT IS GOING ON THERE BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT TO ME. IT'S HARD TO GET SOME FELLAS TO DO THAT POSE TO THEIR BEST ADVANTAGE.

yes..my main goal now is to put on as much size(i want to be a supper down the road) the pic.s in the grass r the day befor the show.....thanks for the in putt ion my poseing (thats where i need the most work..alog w/ my size) butt thaks again on the in putt any this eles would be app. even if its real small
