you looked good bro. i see what you mean about holding onto a little midsection fat in the line up pic. but that is some stiff competition there. you did a really good job from the last time i saw you. imagine how you'll look for the next show now. i might have to go into your weightclass for the jersey show next sat. after the show last week i gained 15lbs. and i won't go below 182.

if you want email me the pic I'll shrink if for you and post it, all you need to do is change format to .jpg, im assuming its a .bmp email addy is [email protected] also include your promuscle user name so i remeber...
