Few Notes!!
1. Diet-This is key and you are gonna have to play with it to get it to work for your body. I personally go from 315 to like 265 dieting so I keep carbs at the 100grams per day level on low days.
2. Cardio-This is must I don't care how good your diet is. Guys that do cardio always look better than guys not doing it. You need to keep that heart working to its fullest efficiency.
3. Thermos-Whether it be ECA, DNP,Clen,T-3 etc you are prolly gonna need these. ECA will help w/ appetite suppression and energy to get thru workouts.
4. Gear-Best way IMO is to have at least 10-12 f contest prep so you would want to start w/ more androgenic and longer acting compounds like Test Enan, Susp, Drol, Deca. That will be first phase then you will move to faster acting anabolics like primo,WinV, anavar etc. Last phase will be right before show when you want to look full. This time you will be on faster acting androgens to get that full look.
