I've been surfing through internet I found this:
It seems I little bit different form what bodybuilders are doing now, when preparing for the competition...but does it make any difference carbs/protein macros when you're in the calorie deficit? now I see a lot of guys in this board, which are consuming 50-100 grams of carbs a day, and 400-500 grams of protein on 200 lbs bodyweight and looking FLAT? but there is the logic? if dorian on his 260lbs weight needs only 1-1.5 g of protein, why the 200lb amateur think he needs 2+ g of protein per lb?
here are some other interesting stuff:

m.sarcev said that in his early years he was eating waffles and granolas ,john brown was eating total crap - french fries, toasts just weeks before show. mike christian and gary strydom was a big carbers. e.robinson stated that he has never eaten more than 46 grams of protein per sitting.but every1 of them looked great...
Typical daily meal schedule ? pre-competition phase
3,500 calories ? 50% - 55% carbs, 30% protein, 15% - 20% fat
7amMeal 1 500 grams oatmeal, 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, 2 slices whole wheat toast, banana
10amMeal 2 mid-morning 40-grams of protein (powder mixed with water), 300-grams potato
1pmMeal 3 200 grams chicken breast, 100 grams rice, 100 grams mixed vegetables
4pmMeal 4 40 grams of protein, banana
6pmMeal 5 post-workout 70 grams of carbohydrate powder, 30 grams of protein powder
7pmMeal 6 200 grams of extra lean beef, 300 grams baked potato, 200 grams broccoli
10pmMeal 7 40 grams of protein powder, 50 grams oatmeal
This is Dorian's pre-competition cut diet (eating at his strictest) yet this menu seems hardly inhumane. The key is the type of foods, the timing of ingestion and the mixing of the various foods together. Everything within the diet is selected and prepared and placed for a specific reason.
