Cramping bad

I've been doing cardio for 30 min. in the am. and for 20 min. after I train. I have been cramping up like a mofo! Sides hurt so bad I have to slow things down even though I feel I can longer at that faster pace.

Any suggestions??? I tried drinking less water......been taking a 20oz bottle in the am VS. my half gallon jug.
 
funny i got online and read this, last night i was woken up with an excrutiating pain in my calf. It was cramping up, i jumped out of bed and was cussing from the pain, of course wife slept thru it all, anything i can do to prevent this from happening again.
 
you taking any supplements that might cause cramping?

I personally do my cardio at a fairly slow pace at the same length of times as you have listed out. I don't worry about burning calories as much as speeding my metabolism up........when i go faster i swear my legs don't grow as well.

personally i take potassium when i start cramping. It is a cheap and fairly efffective supplement. I know there are a ton of other supplements that will help also.
 
gram or two of good old taurine always worked for me.
 
How do you dose this throughout the day?

I think you mentioned you do cardio in the morning? And you cramp at the same time during morning cardio.

Take in 30-45 minutes prior, 1g. If 1g should not suffice, up it too 1.5g - 2g.

I took it everytime I did clen, did wonders.
 
Appreciate the feedback got some taurine and some extra potassium. We'll see how it goes.
