I've been doing cardio for 30 min. in the am. and for 20 min. after I train. I have been cramping up like a mofo! Sides hurt so bad I have to slow things down even though I feel I can longer at that faster pace.
Any suggestions??? I tried drinking less water......been taking a 20oz bottle in the am VS. my half gallon jug.
