A buddy of mine has some Test about half bottle that crashed. kind of white and cloudy instead of good and clear. Can he still use this? Will it lose any of it effectiveness?

hold under hot tap water and swirl, if it clears up it may be good, if not i wouldnt take it

Test ???? what are you talking about, there is a few different kind.
The only test that should be milky is Test Suspension, (water based)
How old is the product?
Did your bud purchase the product or made it himself?
Where did he store the product at what temperature?
no, hot water and swirling will not solve the problem.
carefull with shit like that cause it can mess you up real bad, if it crashed in the vial, what do you think it will do in your body?
I know you dont want to waste your money but you might have to.
