been trying to read up and I am sure enough confused. which is more effective, or are they all the same? also, i have been shopping around a bit and reading labels, and why is there such a high sugar content in products like Cellmass, Body Fortress, and others? why would one want to put that much sugar in their body, especially during the loading phase when you are not lifting every single day? any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
CEE is much better than micronized. I'd get "pure" CEE from a research company as 1) it's cheaper 2) probably doesn't have fillers 3) doesn't have sugars, flavorings or other stuff to make it taste good, not as good for your (sugars) and adds unnecessary cost.

IMHO they add all that extra stuff (along with fancy labeling) to just justify an elevated price.
 
i went ahead and ordered some CEE. can i mix this in with my PWO drink or does it need to be taken seperately to work efficiciently?
 
If you got the powder, which it sounds like you did (that's the best and cheapest form), it tastes like ASS :eek: :p. It's a really good way to make your probably decent tasting PWO drink into something that'll make you want to puke.

Here's how I take it: I put a little water in my mouth, tilt my head back, then spoon it way back in my mouth to avoid the tongue, then swallow. I have a bottle of "Light" maple syrup open and ready, then take a "small" swig and roll it around my mouth to get rid of the CEE taste. Then drink some water. Never has left any aftertaste doing this.

I havent tried this type of creatine until I found out about it through this site,I tried it and cant believe what it done for me,I went from standing bicept curls of 95 lbs to 135 for reps not just pushing the one and only and given up in disgust,bench went from 190 to 275 not to many reps but strong right through,Now I'm not a competitor,I'm the average Joe that just loves the sport, and mind you I'm no spring chicken I'm 45 years old and feel good like a "MOFO".......:D

"ass" is an understatement...it HONESTLY tastes like you've bitten into a chlorine pool tablet. I got by just putting it on my tongue and washing it down with something flavourful
