Creatinine levels

Am 51 and the day before my physical I had several drinks when I woke up o new I was dehydrated but went too my doctor appointment. My creatinine on reference.76-1.27 mines was 1.28 , bun 20 , egfr 64 and protein +1 I don’t use peds should I be worried and can being dehydrated cause this

You’re ok. If you’re half muscular, dehydrated, and recently trained, these markers can get vastly skewed.
