I'm about to start my first cycle for offseason. Previously coming off a show and wanted to start back hard this year. current stats are 5'11 245 and im not sure about bf%. i just go by the mirror. still pretty lean from pre contest.
cycle will be
sustanon @ 700mg/week 1-15
eq @ 600mg/week 1-15
deca@ 300mg/week 1-15. using this mostly for my joints
anadrol @ 65mg/day weeks 1-4 then taking weeks 5-8 off and back on 9-12
will also be using aromasin at 10 mg a day. I've never used aromasin before so i was wondering about the dosage?
diet
meal 1 - 6 whole eggs 1 and half cups of oats or 4 slices of ezekial bread
meal 2 - 3 and half scoops of realgains 2 table spoons of natural peanut butter and cup of oats.
meal 3- 12 oz chicken 12 oz of yams or brown rice with some time of greens
meal 4 is the same as meal 3
meal 5 will be post workout shake with creatine, glutamine, animal nitro, okg, and beta alanine
meal 6 12 oz flank steak with a baked potato with a pack of omegas
meal 7 will be the same as meal 2
