Please critique me, rip me apart. I need to make improvments for my next go around.


Most importantly, where should I go from here. I am a lightweight, and its hard to find good competition in the lightweight class in local shows. I want more competition, so that obviously means a bigger show. I plan to take a year off, gain more size, and finish my senior year of nursing school.

You looked very good and at 20, you're off to a very good start. I really don't see anything that jumps out as an obvious weakness.

So maybe just add more overall size and come in a little dryer. As far as bodyparts, do more heavy rowing, add some flair and size to the lats, upper back mostly.

Work on your posing. But excellent first show! You sould be extremely proud. Who won the overall btw? I'm guessing the Superheavy?

Also, I think that you were about 4th in that group, which is saying a lot, because all of you were good quality weight class winners.

Thanks bro. My trainer said I looked more dry friday night.

My back got the down talk by the judges.. so that is my major focus right now!

Superheavy won the show, he was a true superheavy though which was good to see.

i think your right on track, the extra mass will come over the years. it takes along time to build up solid muscle and your well on your way. take a year and see where your at... i think you will impress yourself. great job on the win. in any size show you would have done great!
