1st off, I love this damn place. All the love to the peeps helpin each other become better versions of ourselves.

If I had and wanted to effectively use for maximum effectiveness for lean mass gain during a peptide only bulk..
1mg igf 1
1mg igf 2
4mg peg mgf
15mg ghrp-6
8mg grf 1-29
What would you do?
I'm thinkin...
100mcg ghrp-6/100grf 1-29 upon waking
Shower and teeth
Carb/protien or amino drink and 20mcg igf-1 and 20 igf-2
50gms of carbs every 3 hours for the next 9 hours with meals
after work- Pre workout drink with carbs and amino's with 100mcg ghrp-6/100grf 1-29 again
Post work out-150mcg Peg mgf per side (bi-laterally)
Pre bed 100mcg ghrp-6/100grf 1-29

Using the igf(s) so close to the ghrp/cjc is going to negate a lot of the full release of gh....if ur going to use the ghrp/cjc pre and pwo I would put igf-1/2 about 2-3 hrs pwo....i would just use all the mgf pwo

Let's do this again then and see if I can straighten this out a bit
100 ghrp-6 and 100 1-29 first thing in the morning
20mcg igf1 and 20 igf2 after work/preworkout(30gm complex carbs 30 mins prior to this)
150mcg PEG MGF per side immediately post workout
100/100 ghrp-6 and 1-29 pre bed with BCAA's

And can you reconstitute your PEG MGF with Bac Water without having to freeze it? or AA Only?

Pre wo igf....it depends on what camp ur in....anecdotal results for myself and some others back up pre wo....some science says pre may not be the best idea

I was sayin igf pre workout . Sorry for the confusion.
 
I believe some suggest, and I got decent results from IGF1 the night before workout and MGF post work out with Peps.
