Crossfit Games 2014

I'm not into crossfit but I caught the games on tv.. I didn't know there was that much money in crossfit. 250 thousand for the winner and I'm assuming sponsors not a bad gig for working out. The women are very well built and not bad looking at all. It was pretty cool to watch the women... Some of the things they do look like injuries waiting to happen. The military press while lunging or doing squats looks so uncomfortable

I watched a bit of it. Not my thing, but mad respect to those that do it.. well at least to that extent.

Total respect for them all. Lots of hard work. Too bad none of them actually train with Crossfit. They have their own workouts, specifically for the competitions.

Personally, I couldn't get it up for any of the women. But that's just personal preference.

Do you know any more about their work outs? Or where I can read about them if such a place exists.

Olympic lifts are so Fuxking hard for my uncoordinated ass. I can't even clean properly into the rack position.. U am tempted to join one

$250,000.00 for overall winner. there is also $8000.00 to the winner of each event.
froning has won overall 3 or 4 years in a row and dominates many of the events. that shit adds up!

Its the 1st time I watched it... I thought it was pretty cool.. The fittest women on the planet Camille Bazinet.. I dont think shes bad looking at all

Injury waiting to happen on some of those things... But they are rock hard
