Just sitting here on a Sunday am drinking coffee, and was curious how much one could realistically gain (muscle gain that's sustainable) in lets say a couple months. I know, that's a broad question w/ a lot of variables, just asking for shits and giggles. I'm 44, 5'8" 190, about 18% bf, never done a heavy cycle, just been doing TRT levels of test, and not interested in doing big stacks, just test (well, for now anyway). Phil is my long distance trainer, i have no issues doing what he says, he's the MAN. I seem to put on muscle, and have a 'stocky' frame...
