HI I AM 215 and age 39 and i am looking to lean out more i know cardio and diet is the key. but i want to use
EQUIPOSE AND WINSTROL? i say about 600mgs a week of eq.1-12 and winstrol 1-8 ed and i know if i want size i through in some test but i am looking for more defination . and also 50mg proviron a day1-12 then pct later .

I assure you that you will get leaner running test and winstrol than running EQ and winstrol especialy if EQ gives you the retarded hunger like it does me.

test will not make you fat , it does not dictate how much "size" you put on , the nutrition and training does that

I prefer Cyp or Enanthate . No since in stabbing yourself more than needed. get some Aromisin incase you bloat bad and that worries you , even 12.5mg eod or every third day would help with fat loss too

I've never run it, but isn't Proviron only necessary if you're already pretty lean but are looking to get more cut/defined? That's more of a pre contest drug, from what I've seen.

IMO test should be included in every cycle. Have u tried test before? If not then you really don't know how your body will react. Nothing is carved in stone saying you will add size using test. It's going to depend on diet, training, etc. Plenty (if not all) guys use test in their cycles when they are cutting. Hell, I know guys running 5oomgs of test a week who look like they haven't gained a pound.

Didn't answer your question..just a fan of using the big "T" in each cycle.
