I am currently training for football and about to finish a cycle that I'm currently on. I hate to stop because I don't want to lose anything that I've gained. I'm going to be playing for a division 1 school and need all the size I can get. Is there anything wrong with just hopping right into another cycle when this one is done or is it crucial to take a break inbetween.
