Which is better? I know what I do and why but I just wonder what the majority of the members do here aspecially the competitors.

I hate to be off looooool

no seriously it's just that I think it depends of your objectives
ersonnaly I want to be as big as possible and I think that stayin "on" rather than on/off builds more durable muscle .

just my opinion and personal experience

if you goal is to look good at a more reasonable weight, than on/off sounds ok to me

What does your protocal look like?? Do you have a set time you "blast" or do you go till you platue then cruze? And when you cruze do you use HCG and clomid or do you always use HCG through out the whole thing??

bumping this cos im thinking of trying short blast cycle instead of long ones for abit just wanted to no what you guys that have done them think of them

Time on=Time off

You should be able to keep 90% of your gains with proper PCT/training/diet/rest.
