The general rule of thumb is to run the test:NPP at least at 1:1 or typically >1:1. That's the safe route. I think NPP is awesome and can get a nice boost from a dose as low as 50mg EOD.

I did run test:NPP once at 1:3 (200/600 per week), and didn't have any emotional/sexual issues. But I think I may be an outlier.

I also run proviron daily (25mg AM, 25mg PM). I used to run it only when including a nandralone, but now I run it daily no matter what.

Hey all.

Was going to use some DHB but reviews in my thread the other day were mixed. So looking at NPP instead. Never used NPP previously, and never ran Deca.

I do run finasteride so will probably have to drop it if I want to use NPP but never actually used NPP before (for this reason).

I am thinking 300mg test enan and 400-500mg of NPP.

Has anyone done similar? How did you rate the cycle?

NPP is my go to I normally run Test at 500 and my NPP at 450 and alway get good gains and zero side .. when I run it at 600 I tend to see more bloat but I get it at 150mg vials which I like pushing less oil…. Enjoy and get good gains

If you have to ask, its best to keep your test higher than the NPP. Some prefer other way, but best to play it safe and keep test same or a bit higher.

I’m a firm believer that test should always be your highest compound in any cycle

Keep your test higher than the NPP and no lower than 1:1 and you’ll have a solid cycle.

NPP is a great compound if you can tolerate it well. I made great progress with it until I didn’t tolerate it anymore.

Much better cycle and more sustainable than DHB.

When you say didn’t tolerate it well , what side effects were you speaking of ?

150 test
700-1g primo
300-600 npp

Was my fking go to , i couldnt wait finish cutting to run this

When money was tight i just did eq instead primo

no I don’t. Long esters are always king unless it’s Tren/Trest.

I had never tried Npp and I received my supplies there was a bunch of Npp and no Dhb? Source tells me my DHB is on its way but he sent Npp for the meantime. I really like it, similar to DHB with less issues like Pip.
I’ve since ordered more Npp, I’m old and run low doses and run 200-300 Npp, 20mg Tbol and 300 test and I’m liking it a lot!
