They have specific eligibility requirements- not sure if you qualify.
Any 'Canadian Pharmacy' will do- just google it. I am unfamiliar with a reputable place. Several individuals here, I believe, order Humalog from various Canadian pharmacies. I would call and ask them to walk you through the ordering process. I found a site offering 200 30mg capsules for about $150.00. I also researched the U.S. price on Costco....horseshit!
Consider alternative medications, depending on symptoms and severity. Always consult with your med provider about any changes/appropriateness of medications. If it is more agitation/rumination, consider fluoxetine (20 or 40mg) with a little mirtazapine at night (7.5 mg) or even short-term use of a benzo. Maybe $20.00 at Costco. Always AVOID Walgreens, CVS, etc. Make sure your SLEEP is in check as this will exacerbate (even cause) mood disturbances!!
Psychotherapy may be helpful. I can provide some materials/information if you so desire. Not a deep psychoanalytic exploration of early childhood or attachment, but rather practical techniques to increase your effectiveness and coping skills/mood management.
