I know the debate can go on for ever as far as dose timing or frequency of dosing... some take it all at wants because its easier.... Others split it up multiple doses through out the day... Im currently taking 30 mgs a day in 2 dosages... one in the A.M. about an hour preworkout, and the other about 7 hours later...
What im wondering is... since dbol's half life is roughly 6 hours... would one notice more of a pump taking all 30 mgs preworkout, or does it not matter splitting it up? Meaning would it be more beneficial for me to have all 30 mgs in my system while im training vs. only 15 then and 15 later on in the day.
