I'm currently on 600mg a week of test enth, plus throwing in 30mg of dbol a day at 10mg a tab spread out during the day.

How do you guys prefer taking your dbol? With food, without food, a certain timing pattern, or does it matter at all?

typically AM/NOON/PM with food here.
 
On Milo's board there is a post where he says the package insert for d-bol he had read said 4 tabs inital ie. 20mg, then 10mg every 8 hours. That comes to 40mg per day.
 
Prefer the am/noon/pm method myself and DEFINATELY with food, quite often if not tends to give me heartburn..... maybe something to do with the fillers..??
 
From what I've read and what I already know about vitamins and oral aas, it would be better to take them on an empty stomach so more of them are absorbed by the body. Taking with food can diminish it's effect. Also, I've read that it's more beneficial to take oral aas all at one time, and not to spread it out over the day because you want to spike your test levels, so first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is what I would suggest. This method is based on studies done with oral aas.

I agree 100%

I have played around with dbol splitting up the dose , with and without food..... and I found that taking 50mgs+ if your a big guy 220lbs+ on an empty stomach 30 minutes before workout much much better results
 
This is my experince , Dbol when using it i go 4 times a day spread out through the day and chew the tab on empty stomach with water or juice . then about 20 to 30 mins later i will eat.
