Hey bros
When taking dbol is it better to take 1- 30 mg tab at once in the morning or to cut the tab in half and take 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 in the afternoon.

split them through out .. i agree when i started my d i started slow 5mg and then increased listen to your body

Due to the short half life of D-bol, I would split it up 4 ways and take 4 times a day. Good luck.

I have the tabs from IP and they are kind of small so splitting them in half should be ok right.

D-bol's half life is 4 hours so it would be best if you take it EVERY FOUR HOURS.
