My buddy has started to train with me and since I am following DC training methods would my buddy be able to do this also?
I had him do a workout with me last week and I made him to 3 sets per exercise instead of just one hard one...with rest-pause etc.
kinda like a 3set pyramid. 12-10-8 .
Just curious.. he wants me to help get him into shape but I really dont wanna go to the gym 2x per day.. one for me then him..
