I currently DC. I love it. I love the balls to the wall intensity of it. It is giving me results. It isn't geared towards begginers to weight training though. There are lots of mixed reveiws about it. Some people i talked to said they couldn't handle it, that it leads to injury. Some people cant stand not doing 12 sets per bodypart. Its all about personal preference, and finding what works for you. All i can say is that if you give it a go follow it to a T. I tryed tweaking it at first, it doesen't help(i added widowmakers for lagging body parts). It lead me to overtraining. Got sicker than a dog.
