I have been using bent leg deadlifts on my back day for the past few years and have had great results. It is my favorite mass building excercise.
The only thing I don't like about them is I think they widen hips and contribute to a big ass.
What do you guys think of stiff leg deadlifts on back day to work your lower back?
Do you guys think stiff leg deadlifts would avoid contributing to a big ass?
