I NEED OPINIONS???
I'd like to start out with a backround. I'm 22. I'm in Iraq for my second tour. I've been lifting for 3 years. I've put on a solid 30lbs and stayed at roughly the same body fat. Sub 20% B/F @ 200LBS +/- 5lbs. I've been busting my ass in the gym and can't break into the 210's. I'm 5'8" and have progessed alot since I started lifting. When I first started I did alot with my diet. I've been as low as 161 and as high as 205. But the 210's have been killing me.
I've been bulking this whole tour just to get to 205LBS. It's time to lean up. 4 months before we go home!!!
DIET: I eat 3 REAL meals a day. Boneless skinless chicken, steak strips like you'd make to put in a burritto, or turkey in the form of sandwich slices. I only eat vegatables for carbs. If it's green, red, or orange I eat it. No fruits or juices. No soda's. No breads. Skim milk with every real meal. With each meal I drink a 40gram no fat, no carb protein shake. First thing in the morning, between meals and before bed I have a 40gram protein shake. Sometime's if I'm feeling depleted, I'll have a 8oz can of V8 with my shake's between meals. Never before bed though. The last carbs I have are at dinner. Which is like 4 hours before I go to bed. I'm guessing I consume around 4000cal's a day. That's 240gm's for whey on top of my 3 high protein meals. Low glycemic carbs all the time. No cheeses or sauces. I use lemons for flavor.
Workout: I work out on a 2 or 3 day on, one day off split of my own. Usually between 16 to 20 sets. One muscle group per day. There are no weekends here so everyday's like a Monday. I do my warm ups for at least one set if not two for my first set of the day. Like I said, I take a day off every 2 to 3 days. I like to use my instincts. I do 10,8,6,4's. Usually goes like this.
Chest, back, bi's, tri's, delts, leg's.
I've started running in the mornings. I only drink a 40gram shake prior to my run. NO CARBS. I run at a fat burning pace between 130 to 160 H/R. I run for 30 to 45 min. Depending on my time schedule.
Supps: 20grams per serving lean protien. No-Xplode prior to workout. Everyone should know by now, it has some creatine EE in it. I take an Iron free multivitamin and add 1000mg's of Vit C on top of that.
Cycle: This is my biggest question. It's my first cycle. I've used some leagal B.S. before but nothing real. I went with the Fina conversion route. Which claims to turn 75mg/ml into 200mg/ml. I don't know about all that. I take 1ml EOD. I also stacked Anadrol on top. I take 50mg ED. One in the morning, one at lunch time prior to workout. I've been doing my reading and I hear less is more for a beginner and will continue to be if gear is used in moderation. I've read to only take just enough. I chose Tren b/c of it's fat loss abilities and Anadrol b/c I read it's a decent oral without horrible sides, to stack on top of Tren.
With that said. I just want to say that Tren Ace. has a horrible reputation. Thus far, I'm 2 weeks into my cycle. My blood pressure has gone from 130/86 to 124/53. My pulse has gone from the high 80's to the low 70's. I feel great. I'm actually more calm now than I was before the cycle. I'm usually a very high strung, pissy individual. It was the first thing I noticed. My sex drive is still the same. My boy's down stairs are just as small as they were before. I have no acne, sore nipples, water retention, etc., etc. To me this all seems great. I am losing about a pound a week so far. My strength is climbing gradually. My deffinition is starting to show in the "mirror" method. I love the fact that I'm not pissed all the time. And yesterday for the first time, I actually tasted that metallic taste after injection. Is it too good to be true or too soon to know?
This is where I'd like some opinions and facts....
Q#1: How's my diet looking for someone trying to diet yet maintain mass?
(Keep in mind I have a limited source of foods over here.)
Q#2: How's my workout and cardio look?
Q#3: How many mg's per ml's does the fina conversion actually produce in a single conversion kit?
Q#4: How does my cycle seem to you for a first timer? Too much, too little?
(I know it's not optimal, but, it's what I felt safe getting over here and ensuring the least amount of trouble if caught by the military.)
Q#5: Like I said before, is it too good to be true or too soon to know?
Lastly, I love this forum. I how found a lifetime of knowledge on here. I learn something new everyday. I want to say any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
