Wha' up Big A. I know it's weird but to be honest I never and I mean never read any of the post on supplements or sources.

I'd view many of the guys pictures and nutrition info, lol. I know so goofy but I never paid zero attention.

In any event, this is my best offseason ever. I'm much harder than previous years. Body weight is 269lbs with good definition in the quads and arms. Abs are visible too.

I have tried eatin' clean Monday - Friday and eatin' what ever I wanted Saturday and Sunday. Gains are slower but looks SO MUCH BETTER.

I'll be back and lookin' at the 2008 ILL State and hopefully the 2008 Jr. Nationals.

I was qualified with my 2nd place finish at the 2005 Midwest but the wife and I have been very busy. Purchased a new home and I could use the rest to gain quality muscle. Now i'm back and ready to compete.
