WTF! His quads and chest are much more fuller. His mid was not as razor sharp as we are used to, but his muscle look so much fuller!
I actually always thought he had kind of an anemic look to be as big as he is.
But this looks really big and full.

Dexter is in shape year round.
I really would like to see him grow out some more and really be freaky but he may be at his limit...he started competing as a bantamweight and now is close to a super-heavy -off season wise!

I know its a weird statement. I just always thought he looked funny from the front. Razor sharp, but kind of depleted or something. I know he is actually huge, but I always felt he would look more impressive a little more filled out.

haha wow! I was actually at that exact show as a spectator this year! yea i wasnt expecting a beast looking dude to come out like he did, i was expecting a smaller dexter. but he did look great. Still had some tightening up to do, but i do agree he could of came into the olympia a little bigger then he did.

Whatever he did its the same thing that Jay did to beat Ronnie, it make both of them wider in waist and bigger in the neck...whatever it is, its working for adding muscle but ruins the body shape imo
