What test dose does everyone run with their dhb if the goal is to get shredded? Im currently running 270mg test c/p mixed and 450mg dhb. Only 3 weeks in but thinking test dose is going to be to low to feel good. Just want to see how everyone is getting on with dhb lately. Hope everyones well.

Also reason for the low test is because I really wanted to see dhb shine without other shit in the way. Original plan was trt test dose with 450mg dhb but always worried about low estrogen. The low test is new for me.

without AI, estradiol was 37 pg/Ml.

500 Test 350 DHB is what I did. DHB is strong stuff, but the inflammation makes it unsuitable IMO. I wouldn’t worry about low estrogen on DHB. Not all, but most AAS reduce estrogen expression anyway.

From what I've read it seems the inflammation effects many people but not all? I will be trying it myself soon, I'll make sure to get some bloods done to check inflammatory markers before/during/after.

I get horrible pip in quads but feels smooth in delts. Quad is crippling.

With that pip, I only do glutes. Just unpleasant everywhere else.

No pain in delts only quads but I agree. I also have primo 200mg in the stash.

Just run a proper dose... 750 Test 300/600 DHB 200 TrenE something like that.

Switch to a sponsor with PIP free DHB. It's amazing. Sucks ppl are still pumping out stuff with PIP. It's given DHB a bad name.

I ran 280 test 400 dhb and loved it. So I think your ratio is fine.

Yeah. I've prepared painless DHB. But using GSO and 1% BA.
I think labs are using high %age solvents so customers don't complain of crashing. Also some labs may be using MCT MCT derived carriers.
I think GSO and thicker oil is also key here.

DHB crippled me wherever it was pinned. It was also deemed “painless” lol. Not for me.

I've had both, and since the last cycle I saw other labs besides the one I used could make it PIP free. I don't really care if super solvents were used as it's a cycle not something I run all year and pin daily like test.
