Decided to try sumo deadlifts for the first time yesterday. Now, not having ever pulled this way. I did a light warmup with 225 and when I put the bar. I felt a slight sharpness from my groin down to my knee. I can still kind of function today. I am just wondering, is it a pull or just a very deep level of soreness cause i never pulled this way. Was really shocked to feel the differnce from conv to sumo. Thanks.
