Diet and GH question

I have two questions I hope can get answered. My first question is during the bulk up season what am I suppose to eat?

For the ILL as I was on my offseason I ate anything and everything. I did not eat one healthy meal. My food intake during the offseason consist of:

KFC
Burger King
Cookies
Soda
Cake
Pasta -with meat sauce
Potatoe chips
and etc.

I came in really lean but should I be eating more clean during the offseason? Offseason bodyweight for me was 240lbs around 16% bodfat. That was while I prepared for the Mr. ILL.

My second question is this. For my next show I will use GH. I've used it before and got really cut from it. I only want to use it while I'm on my precontest diet ( which will be around 14 weeks).

Is this a good idea or should I use it more during my offseason? If I used it during the offseason I would not be able to get my weight up near 250lbs as GH keeps my leaner and my bodyweight much lower.

as far as the GH is concerned, i would try to use it offseason if possible, i think you could make some good solid gains.

also as far as eating, i would try to eat more foods that your body can use more.... eat some good lean red meat, versus the fattening ass meat fast foods use. eat good complex carbs that your body can absorb and use more efficently..

next, i wouldnt worry about hitting 250 as a number. worry about your LBM more than anything... hell if you are 250 and 16% or you are 240 at 9%, which would you rather be????
