I have two questions I hope can get answered. My first question is during the bulk up season what am I suppose to eat?
For the ILL as I was on my offseason I ate anything and everything. I did not eat one healthy meal. My food intake during the offseason consist of:
KFC
Burger King
Cookies
Soda
Cake
Pasta -with meat sauce
Potatoe chips
and etc.
I came in really lean but should I be eating more clean during the offseason? Offseason bodyweight for me was 240lbs around 16% bodfat. That was while I prepared for the Mr. ILL.
My second question is this. For my next show I will use GH. I've used it before and got really cut from it. I only want to use it while I'm on my precontest diet ( which will be around 14 weeks).
Is this a good idea or should I use it more during my offseason? If I used it during the offseason I would not be able to get my weight up near 250lbs as GH keeps my leaner and my bodyweight much lower.
