Gays and Gals,
I finished my last photoshoot of the year so I don't have to rotate carbs and I can actually eat foods I like for the next two months. It will give both my mind and my stomach a break.
I am 6'1 220lbs under 10% BF.
Upon waking I take my CLA with ECA stack. Do 30-40 minutes of low intensity cardio (walk my dog).
7:00 packet of instant oatmeal mixed with a 100cc scoop of TP whey isolate.
Around 9:00 I have a low carb wrap with fat free cheese, 4 egg whites and 4oz of grilled chicken. I throw a little ranch sauce in this.
Training
11:00am PWO shake is 60-70g of TP whey isolate. I sip on waxy maize during the ride home. About 70g.
1.5 hours later I have the same ratios 70/70 of rice, pasta and fish or chicken.
3:30-4:00 Ill usually through a protein shake in before dinner. 40-50g with trace carbs
7:00 Dinner is usually 12-16oz lean steak and veggies. I never count the veggies. I eat till I am full.
If I am having trouble falling to sleep, I will munch on some FF cottage cheese and pineapple slices (lower sugar)
So what do you think? This is just my 2 month maintenance diet. After the first of the year, things change and the countdown to the shoots are on.
