I tore my rotator cuff in September last year warming up on incline presses. Full thickness tear and had Surgery November 6th.
I stopped working out completely after the injury and got fat as fuck and lost a considerable amount of muscle.

I got back in the gym end of December only doing legs and uni lateral movements as my right arm was imobile. I jumped right into a calorie deficit, low dose test and gh, and leaned up decently. Not my best look, but not bad for 7 weeks of dieting on low doses and very low intensity workouts.

I got cleared to strength train 2 weeks ago and it's humbling. Bicep and triceps strength are still fairly equal, but pressing and lateral movements are beyond pathetic. 10lb side laterals are incredibly difficult. 135lbs on smith inclines barely for 10 reps...
I'm going to continue to do a trt dose of test with 2iu hgh until my strength returns, but then I wanna go one last run this year before dropping to a legitimate trt dose and focusing on longevity and doing more functional fitness things.

I've played with insulin and hgh a bit years ago, but never committed to it long enough to notice anything significant. Here is something I put together, would like some criticism if it's needed.

Week 1-8 500mg Test C.
Week 1-8 100mg NPP eod
Week 1-8 30mg Dbol ed
Week 1-8 5iu hgh pre workout
Week 1-8 10iu Novalin R pre Workout
Week 1-8 Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed
Week 1-8 50mcg T4 (if needed)

Week 9-10 Mini Cut
500mg Test C
250mg DNP ed
Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed

Week 11-20 750mg Test C
Week 11-20 500mg Primo
Week 11-20 100mg Tren A eod
Week 11-20 75mg Anavar Daily
Week 11-20 5iu hgh pre workout
Week 11-20 10iu Novalin R pre Workout
Week 11-20 Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed

Week 21-26 Cruise 250mg Test C
Week 21-26 2.5iu hgh AM

Repeat Above 20week Cycle 1 more time



Diet will be high protein, high carb, moderate fat.

Workouts will be early morning so my first 3 meals will be the majority of my carb intake, 0 fat and fast digesting proteins. Rest of the day will be Healthy fats, veggies and protein.

Workouts push,pull,legs off repeat

I guess the point of all this is, I want to experience what all the hype is about gh and insulin. I'm 40 years old and just wanna have that memory of holy fuck look what I used to look like haha. Obviously 1 year isn't going to make me a pro, but I should be able to surpass anything I've accomplished in my younger days.

Anyways, let me know what yall think.

To much gear man to this physic man This heavy weight bodybuilder full cycle absolutely no need this for your goals. Just run some test+primo and god dose of gh and rest job diet and training doing
I appreciate it. The way I look right now is only because I haven't trained in almost 6 months. If you look at my profile Pic you can see that I'm normally much bigger. The doses I've listed are actually modest compared to what I've ran in the past. I just haven't ran high doses of hgh and insulin for more than 4 weeks and stopped....

I'll post a picture pre injury so you can see I'm not usually this small.

You don't need that much because of such a long time without training. My advice doesn't change - start low, let's say 500 test + 400 primo + 5iu gh, then as the progress stops, slowly increase test and primo and gh, but slowly.

First, also reduce as much fat as you can and then start growing lean again by adding insulin

If you have not trained in almost 6 months, why jump on a cycle? Train natty for a few months as you should see some pretty good "newb/muscle memory" gains. Then layer on a cycle.

Man I like the cycle, you got solid muscle bro. Tats are dope as fuck. Just my 2 cents, cycle looks great. Id up the gh some! keep killing it bro. 💪🏻

That's what I'm doing. I'm only doing TRT until I can regain strength and fill back out.
I imagine it'll be at least 4-6 months before I consider jumping on a full blast like I posted.

1) I didn't say I'm jumping on this cycle now. I'm on trt currently and will continue on trt until my strength and size come back.
2) I'm 210lbs 10% bf and haven't lifted seriously in months.
3) look at my avatar. That's me.
I'm not green my man. Been at it for over 14 years and have ran cycles up to 3g total gear a week.

My post mainly has to do with HGH and insulin. I've ran it before, but the budget wouldn't allow me to get serious with it.
 
I’ll answer what you’re asking. If it were me I would use Humalog over Novalin R. Can you use it? Sure, but Humalog is more predictable and many sponsors here have it.

I would personally start around 4-6IU and work your way up. Doesn’t mean you can’t do 10iu, but starting higher could cap your ceiling with it. No need to use more than you need.

HGH- take more of it. TP’s are very affordable. I’d drop the GHRP 2 and buy more HGH. If you want to see the results from HGH you’ll want to get it up between 6-10iu in my opinion.

I do agree with others on the cycle. But you’ve been at this for years so know the risk. My biggest worry would be ensuring I didn’t re-injure the rotator cuff or shoulder. And just like with insulin you may get further by starting with what you need and slowly working up from there instead of going straight into set dosages.

Obviously you have more experience than me, but I would have thought 500 test and 350 npp with some gh and dbol is pretty damn of mild for a SHW?… and only 5iu gh too
