I tore my rotator cuff in September last year warming up on incline presses. Full thickness tear and had Surgery November 6th.
I stopped working out completely after the injury and got fat as fuck and lost a considerable amount of muscle.
I got back in the gym end of December only doing legs and uni lateral movements as my right arm was imobile. I jumped right into a calorie deficit, low dose test and gh, and leaned up decently. Not my best look, but not bad for 7 weeks of dieting on low doses and very low intensity workouts.
I got cleared to strength train 2 weeks ago and it's humbling. Bicep and triceps strength are still fairly equal, but pressing and lateral movements are beyond pathetic. 10lb side laterals are incredibly difficult. 135lbs on smith inclines barely for 10 reps...
I'm going to continue to do a trt dose of test with 2iu hgh until my strength returns, but then I wanna go one last run this year before dropping to a legitimate trt dose and focusing on longevity and doing more functional fitness things.
I've played with insulin and hgh a bit years ago, but never committed to it long enough to notice anything significant. Here is something I put together, would like some criticism if it's needed.
Week 1-8 500mg Test C.
Week 1-8 100mg NPP eod
Week 1-8 30mg Dbol ed
Week 1-8 5iu hgh pre workout
Week 1-8 10iu Novalin R pre Workout
Week 1-8 Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed
Week 1-8 50mcg T4 (if needed)
Week 9-10 Mini Cut
500mg Test C
250mg DNP ed
Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed
Week 11-20 750mg Test C
Week 11-20 500mg Primo
Week 11-20 100mg Tren A eod
Week 11-20 75mg Anavar Daily
Week 11-20 5iu hgh pre workout
Week 11-20 10iu Novalin R pre Workout
Week 11-20 Mod grf Ghrp 2 pre bed
Week 21-26 Cruise 250mg Test C
Week 21-26 2.5iu hgh AM
Repeat Above 20week Cycle 1 more time
Diet will be high protein, high carb, moderate fat.
Workouts will be early morning so my first 3 meals will be the majority of my carb intake, 0 fat and fast digesting proteins. Rest of the day will be Healthy fats, veggies and protein.

I guess the point of all this is, I want to experience what all the hype is about gh and insulin. I'm 40 years old and just wanna have that memory of holy fuck look what I used to look like haha. Obviously 1 year isn't going to make me a pro, but I should be able to surpass anything I've accomplished in my younger days.
