5:00 am workout
7 00 egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal
10 00 am protein shake 50 grams
1130 chicken breast 2 baked
100 natural penaut butter 3 scoops
200 protein shake 50 grams
300 4 8oz talipia strips
400 protien shake 50 grams
600 dinner chicken
So I guess i need help on a better bulking diet or maybe just pay a pro to tell me what to take step by step
