I've got a diet/result related question regarding my upcoming cycle run.
I am 5'10" 190lbs 8% bodyfat.
My goal is 195lbs 6% bodyfat with this cycle. I am going into uncharted territory because this is the lowest bodyfat I have attained and I've never made a run at 6% before.
Diet is always 100% for me. The only difference between my cutting diets and bulking diets are calories. I eat the same foods regardless, very clean. Whole oats, whole grains, complex carb powder, beef, fish, eggs, chicken, veggies, almonds and EFA's... And of course casein, whey, and big blast.
So when I am cutting, I hit BMR-20% and cardio twice per day. When bulking I hit BMR+25% plus cardio once per day. I always supplement with Green Tea, Non Stim Fat Burners, and T3 regardless of what I am doing.
My AAS cycle is Prop/Test Suspension/Tren Acetate/Masteron
I want to add in the CJC/GHRP to give me a turbo boost. I've read every thread in this section by now, and my head is spinning and I am still a bit confused.
I will follow DAT's best case protocol 3x100mcgs of each ED.
But my question is if this combo can do what I think it can do. I want to hit my clean bulking diet BMR+25% and obviously totally clean.
Can the addition of the CJC/GHRP allow me to eat my clean bulking diet and still shred down from 8%-6% while gaining my 5lbs of required lean mass?
My old approach would be to cut down to 6% over 3 weeks and then do an 8 week bulker... To stay around 6-7% and use the 8 week bulker to gain the 5lbs of lean mass I need.
Only problem is that I only have 8 weeks. That is my timeline/deadline. From what I have read the CJC/GHRP should allow me to eat my BMR+25% while reducing my bodyfat from 8%-6% but this just seems fishy as I have never encountered anything that would let me do such a thing.
What do you guys think about this approach and if the addition of CJC/GHRP could help me attain the required results?
